Payments

We are happy to accept PayPal, check or money order as payment. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please e-mail jenny@simplycleanok.comafter placing your order for instructions on remitting your payment. Your order will ship after the funds have cleared our bank. For money order payments, this takes approximately 5 business days.

Shipping

If you are in the Tulsa area and interested in purchasing our products, contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for local pickup.

We ship via USPS or FedEx. You may choose your shipping method at checkout. Please note that all FedEx shipments include insurance and real-time tracking. USPS shipments are not insured unless insurance is purchased by the customer. Jenny's Simply Clean cannot be held responsible for packages damaged in transit unless they were packaged improperly.

All shipping costs include delivery confirmation within the United States. If you would like insurance on your purchase, please contact us for pricing and instructions. Insurance is purchased through the USPS.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Your order is handmade in our home at the time of your order. Please understand that all of our orders are custom made, and as such, they can take a few days to complete. In general, orders will be shipped with 7-14 days after purchase.

Bulk Orders, Wholesale Accounts and Co-Ops

We are happy to give discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for pricing and details.

We also offer wholesale accounts and pricing for other businesses who wish to carry our line of products. Please see our Wholesale page for information on requesting an account.

Jenny's Simply Clean is very happy to offer co-ops. Please contact us for co-op pricing and availability.

Refunds

Simply Clean is made out of our home, and we take great pride in producing a quality product for our customers. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right. Satisfied customers are our #1 priority. Because of the consumable nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges unless the products were grossly misrepresented.
